Asset + Document Management

  • You'll want a safe place to keep all your documents and your course and launch assets (PDFs, images, video and audio files) and I recommend these two.  

    • Google Drive
      • Use Google Docs and Sheets for all your word processing and data organization. Free, cloud-based, and easy to collaborate with your team and/or contractors.  
    • Dropbox
      • Store all your course assets (PDFs, images, video and audio files) to Dropbox as a safe and easily accessible option. 
      • Integrating Kajabi with Dropbox will make uploading your course assets a breeze. This can be very time consuming, and this integration will make the file transfer easy and quick.
