There is a deep imbalance in our world.
Women are often paid far more to commodify their bodies
than to share their wisdom, creativity, leadership, and care.
I know this not as a theory
but as lived experience.
I believe women deserve to be resourced, respected, and well-compensated
for the brilliance they bring into the world
not required to burn out, over-give, or self-abandon to survive.
This work exists to change that.
In addition, the internet changed everything for women.
For the first time in history, we are no longer limited by location, male dominated work places, nor need permission. We can reach thousands now, instead of just a few. We can build wealth without waiting to be chosen. We can fund our lives, our families, and our visions... independently.
But most women in entrepreneurship are still playing small inside a system that no longer fits their actual biggness.
Sure, they're reaching people, bringing in some cash but they’re overworking & under-earning for the true value they are providing. Spinning in circles wondering if there is more out there for them. Ask me how I know? ;)
